The more context we have before the site visit, the faster we can return a written number. For remodeling projects, floor plans or rough sketches help; for decks and exterior structures, note which side of the building faces prevailing weather. If your property is a short-term rental, tell us your occupancy pattern so we can schedule around your guest calendar instead of against it.
Directions in brief
We are located on Hughes Ave. in Fraser, minutes from US Route 40. From Winter Park, head east on US 40 into Fraser and turn onto Hughes Ave.; from Granby, travel west on US 40 and enter town from the east side. If you are coming up for the first time in winter, call ahead and we will confirm parking and site access conditions for the day, because mountain access can change quickly during storm cycles. Out-of-town owners who cannot travel for an estimate can request a video walkthrough instead; we will tour the property on camera, take measurements, and follow up with the same written estimate process.
